Directions for use:

Never insert this blend or any essential oil/s directly into the ear canal.
Apply 4 drops, behind the ears, neck, and carotid arteries (blood vessels located on both sides of your neck that deliver blood to your brain and head), twice a day.
And, or also apply 10-15 drops over the spine, daily.
