What are Pre-Orders?

 

When we are launching a new product or demand for a specific product is high, we allow for pre-orders to be made, some with discounts associated and some without. This means we will accept orders for product whilst we are still waiting for production runs to be completed or while we are waiting for stock to arrive from manufacturers. Usually we will ship within 10 to 15 days from day of pre-order, and we will notify you of your shipment being sent.

 

ORDERS

How do I place Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are aimed at groups or organisations wishing to purchase on behalf of a group of customers. To request a bulk order quotation send a request through to our bulk warehouse using this link and a quotation will be drawn up based on the type and quantity of products requested, separate shipping and manual payment methods will be utilised to cater for bulk order requests

How do I use discount coupons/credit?

Touching His Hem will send you a discount code that can be filled in on the payments page at checkout. Automatically the discount will be applied to your purchase. Note that discounts are only calculated on the items purchased and not the shipping cost.

How do I see my order status?

You will be notified via email once your order has been made and again when it has been fulfilled.  A tracking number will be sent in this email allowing you to keep in touch with the whereabouts of your parcel.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please note we cannot change or cancel orders as our system does not allow for this. We also strive to pack and send our orders immediately upon order which makes it almost impossible to cancel or amend any orders.

What forms of payment does Touching His Hem  accept?

We use multiple payment gateways, allowing you to choose your most trusted method.

Paypal, Payfast, We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, EFT, Bank deposits and debit card payments.

SHIPPING

A valid delivery address with postal code is to be entered for delivery to take place.

We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

How long should my order take to arrive?

SA orders are processed within 1 working day from time of order. We outsource our courier service and it usually takes 2-3 working days to get delivered, this is dependant on order type as once off products are delivered after commissioning and manufacturing, and will take longer to be delivered to your destination due to this fact.

Please note that orders placed from regional areas based 50km or further outside of major centres in SA may take an additional 3 days to deliver depending on location.

We have partnered with DHL express for our international deliveries.  Expected delivery is within 2-5 working days from fulfilment.

We have partnered with Dawn Wing for our National South African based deliveries. Expected delivery is within 2-5 working days from fulfilment.

Is there a customs duty charged if I ship to an area outside SA?

Depending on the shipping location, orders to countries outside of South Africa may be subject to VAT, TAXES and other import taxes, and other fees charged by the local customs authority. Unfortunately each individual country customs rules will dictate costings which will need to be settled by you in your country!
